With over two decades of military experience, Sergio brings a diverse skill set to the construction industry. His background in supervision, management, and bilingual communication underscores his ability to lead diverse teams and navigate complex projects with ease.

During his 23-year career in the U.S. Army, Sergio accumulated 19 years of supervisory experience, earning numerous awards for distinguished service. His expertise in Operations and Employee Training Management equipped him with the skills to oversee projects with precision and achieve measurable results.

In his recent role as a Manager/Recruiter with StaffMark Inc., Sergio excelled in customer service and operational management, further honing his skills in project coordination and team leadership. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Sergio is committed to serving his community and supporting fellow veterans through volunteer work with a non-profit organization.

With his strong foundation in military leadership, specialized training in human resources, and passion for making a positive impact, Sergio is poised to bring his unique blend of skills and experience to Airborne Construction, driving its growth and success in the construction industry.

Francis Garcia, Director of Business Development, a distinguished professional equipped with a master’s degree in public health and social Change, poised to elevate Airborne Construction Company and its partnerships to new heights. Francis, seamlessly navigates bilingual and bi-cultural environments, enriching collaborations within the construction industry with his diverse perspective and expertise.

With a solid foundation in healthcare, public health, and mental health services, Francis brings over two decades of experience in the public sector to the table. He has honed his ability to understand and address the unique needs and resources of communities, a skill set directly applicable to fostering strong partnerships and client relationships in construction projects.

Fluent in Spanish and holding certifications as a medical interpreter and Mental Health First Aid Youth Instructor, Francis excels in cross-cultural communication and collaboration. His ongoing pursuit of knowledge, evidenced by his master’s degree, underscores his commitment to innovation and finding holistic solutions to complex challenges – a quality highly valuable in the dynamic construction industry.
